Fluffy Coconut protein pancakes
Recipe:
3 tbsp coconut flour
3 egg whites
1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
1 tbsp non-fat plain greek yogurt
1/4 tsp vanilla extract
sweetener to taste
Makes 3-4 pancakes.
